Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic beverages. Certain packages vary — for instance, evening cruises offer deluxe drinks and light snacks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and specialized catering services.
When should one reserve a yacht charter?
For the best experience, reserve your charter 2–3 weeks early, particularly in the busy months (May–September). For corporate functions and special celebrations, make reservations 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and customization time.
What protocols are in place for adverse weather?
We prioritize safety. In case of unsafe weather as judged by our captain, we provide an alternative date or a full reimbursement. We monitor meteorological conditions and will inform you 24 hours prior to departure if the weather seems unfavorable.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments?
Guests are free to bring their own refreshments. We also offer superior catering options and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Do you accommodate guests with accessibility needs?

What are the terms of cancellation?
Cancellations 72 hours ahead of departure are fully refunded. Those made between 24–72 hours receive half the refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded unless the circumstances involve weather or mechanical issues from our side.
